Gave more than 24 hours notice and they still charged me when canceling when I would have rebooked for a time that I knew I could make it
I booked a reservation and had to cancel because I wouldn’t make it by that time so I canceled and wanted to remake the reservation but they denied my refund I also canceled more than 24 hours in advance horrible customer service go to MCM Elegante it’s a really nice hotel and has great service and rooms
Well, I may have gone overboard with the 5 stars all across the board but I really really had a great experience at this hotel. Lobby was well kept, conference rooms were great, room was spacious and clean. I didnt get a chance to visit the steakhouse in the hotel but I didnt get very good feedback from the people who went. They complained about the quality of food and their hours of operation. Again this is second hand info. Lovely hotel, no free breakfast 😢 bummer. For the price, I expect a Microwave atleast.
