Possibly the newest and nicest hotel in Abilene, my room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel and restaurant customer service was excellent. The on-site gym had a variety of well-maintained equipment. The hotel is walkable to many restaurants and downtown attractions.

While the hotel is clean and very nice, we did not have a great experience here. While sliding the glass shower door to shut, it completely shattered all over me resulting in multiple lacerations. The phone in the room would not dial the front desk so my husband and I had to go out to lobby (while bleeding and wet) to ask for assistance. The nurse on site gave me a bandage and had me fill out an incident report and said we would be contacted at a later date. I just want to say that Grace is an amazing asset to this property. Her customer service skills are impeccable. She is well-spoken, has great follow through and genuinely listens. Very grateful for her. She helped me with a cancellation and her level of professionalism is why I will continue to stay at this property when I return to Abilene.
