A huge thank you to everyone at the DoubleTree (especially Bobby, Christy, Angelica, & the evening crew!) who helped celebrate my sister's engagement this past week! Everyone was so gracious and made them feel so special after they got back post-proposal! From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone gifted them with the most amazing and personal customer service (and they reported that their room was gorgeous)...we're so grateful!
The reservations were made almost two months in advance. We had requested two rooms for two nights because we were two families with children. When the reservations were made, we asked for Connecting Rooms, which were on high floors. The reservations were made over the phone, and in that phone call, they told me it was possible. One day before the stay, I called to confirm everything was okay. The property is modern, the rooms are beautifully designed. The staff has been great. Extra shout out to “Stefanie” the valet. Thanks for going the extra mile.
Excellent hotel! Everything felt new and stylish. Both the room and the entire hotel were very clean. The fitness center and pool also looked great. Restaurant on the very expensive side for the food you get.
