Bad experience with this people. I buy 3 slabs/panel of quartz counter top coz the lady there said you need 3 of them as base the drawing. But then my installer used only 2 coz its perfectly enough to accommodate in my kitchen. Now i go back to return the extra slab/whole piece of quartz. They will not accepted it. Coz they have no return policy once you pick up.
***Currently in Litigation*** I hired this company to work on my showers. Work was NOT to industry standard. Its all in the inspectors report. **Owner Beware. **
Pretty bad customer service if you ask me, the front desk lady didn’t bother to help us and we had to wait a few minutes before someone showed up. When we got there, no one was there. The person “helping” us didn’t bother to help much.
Awesome! Quick service, great prices for solid wood cabinets
Very poor customer service. I was told over the phone the have a specific product in stock and quoted me a price only to find out after driving 30 minutes they don't even carry the product. When I asked for help finding an alternative or special order they just flat out said no without offering any sort of apology or any help whatsoever.
