Awesome! Quick service, great prices for solid wood cabinets
Very poor customer service. I was told over the phone the have a specific product in stock and quoted me a price only to find out after driving 30 minutes they don't even carry the product. When I asked for help finding an alternative or special order they just flat out said no without offering any sort of apology or any help whatsoever.
The quality of the cabinets and countertops are fine. My problems started off with the project coordinator drawing up the plans for my cabinet installation. She drew a mirror image of the existing layout, disregarding the detailed drawings and measurements that I provided her. Consequently the installers followed her plan. I had to call them back to correct the problem and then had to wait several days for replacement doors.
