Had the pleasure to work with *************************** on the inspection for the purchase of my first home. He was so generous with his time and knowledge. While the inspection itself was a pleasant experience to my untrained eye, overall I really regret using this inspector. I am not leaving only one star because he did point out some valuable things to keep in mind. At first I was impressed by the thoroughness of the report, until I reviewed it with my father in law who pointed out that 95% of it was copy and pasted fluff. ZERO!! If I could I'd give a NEGATIVE star!! Do NOT USE this company! This man has ABSOLUTELY NO reason to be doing home inspections!! Mr, M******* is NOT QUALIFIED to do the jobs he claims. I hired him to inspect the home I wanted to purchase back in November 2016. I thought I was doing the right thing by checking him on the "BBB" website and his personal reviews. I would never recommend this inspector because he did not complete his due diligence with my inspection allowing me to move into a house that is a fire hazard. My home inspection was completed 11/28/16 and I was provided with 2 inspection reports; one with the full inspection and a second shorter report with the main items to focus on. I used the short report to make my decision.
