This place is a game changer!! I've been coming here for exactly ONE month today and I already casually broke all my PRs this weekend. Double Ops is hands down my favorite training studio in Newport Beach! The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and truly care about your progress. The workouts are intense, fun, and always changing, which keeps things exciting. The community here is supportive, and the energy is unmatched. If you're looking for a gym that pushes you to be your best, this is the place. Highly recommend!
Great gym!! Awesome setup and they have a sauna and best personal training in Orange County. Owner is super respectful and cool and they go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable while I’m training.
