Awesome experience! Bought norstar truck bed. Best price in Kentucky. Customer service was over the top. I installed it and had a question, there lead mechanic super knowledgeable! I will be using them for all my trailer needs as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I wrote a review on here a while back about an issue that I had with a truck bed installation. I wasn’t pleased with the initial service but Sid called me to make it right. He was a man of his word and took the time to chat with me man to man about how to make things right. We all make mistakes and the fact that he took the time to personally make it right, means the world to me. I would use them again after this experience.
I hardly ever write a negative review but I had no choice on this one… They installed a flatbed trailer on my truck a while ago for me, and at first it seemed ok. Yet, the diesel and DEF outlets have never worked. The def outlet just leaks every time I put some in, because the hoses are all different sizes and at a 90 degree angle. I still cannot fill up my Diesel tank without putting the diesel in my spare tank first. Every 10 seconds the fuel stops pumping in the normal tank.
