Installed a new Norstar bed on our company truck. 10 months later lights go out. Take it to another company to fix. Had to redo complete install as it was deemed unsafe and crap work. Welds was done wrong, no sensor Installs or fuel cap. New company faircloth in Knoxville caught all of this. Currently working with faircloth and Norstar to report theses findings in hopes that double O doesn’t screw anymore customers on poor quality installs.
I have taken my trailer to Sid twice. Both times, Sid has gone above and beyond for me. He is a stand up guy who stands behind his work, and his office staff is great! Very happy with his work, fixing everything I bring him and more. Fair pricing for the labor and work. While not the cheapest option on the market, his work is something he prides himself in and I’m happy to continue using his services for my trailers! Thanks, Double O Trailers!!!
