Not just BAD customer service but downright rude and condescending. Originally he said my mower would be ready in ‘a few weeks’. I waited a month and called for update. Got nothing except him being rude and then hanging up on me when I again asked for an update. I wish I had read the reviews before I trusted him with my equipment. Never again.
