Absolutely amazing customer service! I couldn’t be more happy with my rental experience. Quick, painless and friendly! I really like the fact they have unique locks on their units for extra protection, would definitely recommend to friends.
I stopped by to inquire about a small storage unit. Within the space of 15 minutes, Debbie Viles, Assistant Manager, expertly completed the entire rental process. She was amazingly courteous, competent, and thorough. 5 star customer service! It doesn't get any better than that.
My mom and I had a great experience working with Debbie. Her positive attitude helped out with a stressful day and I am happy to now be a customer. Also, we love the sign quotes.
