My husband and I wanted to extend multiple thanks to the hard work and dedication from the team at Double H, especially Antywan. They were the contractors recently dispatched by our Home Warranty company. Six months ago, we had previously had issues with our HVAC unit, and another contractor (who we won’t name) was sent by our Home Warranty company. The customer service for this company is poor, to say the least. They were weeks outside the timeline of installing an A/C system. It took persistent days of calling the office and leaving voice mail messages when I finally spoke to someone who said he was the owner. It has been 3 months from their start date to the writing of this review and the work is not complete. Work tools are in the middle of my floor, no explanation from the office since it was pointed out to them that the system had no return airflow. Now when I cal... read more

My warranty co dispatched them & I couldn't be more happier! As I tried to find immediate service but could not I understood the high demand for AC units right now but they accommodated me with in 24hrs! Service was remarkable & I appreciate him getting my unit working in under 30min! Fast & Friendly
