Had a 4 hour window for repair. No one came and no one replied to our follow up. I fell for the story that it was a scheduling issue and was rescheduled for another day. No one came that time either, after the scheduled time I was told that they called and no one answered so they skipped us. No one called, no one texted, the reply was a lie. Spent two full days stuck at home waiting for a repair person
