This company lied while representing me in court stating I had a solar panels when I didn’t and basically lost my case for a new roof. I had to pay a fee to cancel my contract with them which was vey expensive and they have yet to pay me my settlement from litigation from August. I’m not sure where to go from here because they refuse to answer my calls and return any of my messages.
It’s been over 6 months since this company has received payment by StateFarm for my roof replacement and they still have not replaced my roof. Excuse after excuse. They just keep changing individuals of contact. I plan on filing a formal complaint with Better Business Bureau and filing legal motions within the next few weeks.
