He was great. I liked that he used bio-degradable products. My carpets were really dirty with kids and their friends, 2 dogs and 2 cats. I really thought my carpets needed to be replaced but Geno was able to somehow get them back to looking good. He is worth every penny. He was less expensive than I was thinking it would be so I have to say he was affordable and within budget.
