My husband and I had Chuck do a home inspection on the house that we are purchasing. He responded to my internet inquiry within hours, was available quickly and had the completed report to me the same day! During the inspection, he was professional, personable and followed all current COVID protocols (mask, distancing when possible, etc.). Chuck was great to work with! He did an excellent job during our home inspection. He educated us on potential concerns & issues with the house, and made us feel at ease after the inspection was over.
