My fiancé wanted us to eat here due to me never trying it before. I have to say that I absolutely love it! The decor made me feel like I was in an actual diner from the past. The po-boys that we order were huge and extremely good! I love how soft the bread was also. We both got small shakes. Mine was the banana split and his was cookies and cream. I know I will be back and I will definitely recommend this place! — with Dale Hill.

I loved Double D's nostalgic decor. The friendly hostesses were very quick to take my order and keep my coffee topped off. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon. It was very good.
. This was my first time at Double D's Diner my husband and I came for lunch he got the hamburger steak and I got the pork chop dinner we both enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere so much that we will return and the service was friendly we're going to tell friends to come we really enjoyed the food
