Double D’s is definitely more about the experience, location, and concept than the food or coffee. The decor is fun and thoughtfully done, and the whole setup feels like a creative, Instagram-worthy idea. ✨ That said, the coffee was just okay—not particularly memorable or something I’d go out of my way for. I wouldn’t call it a must-visit destination, but if you’re already in the area, it’s worth stopping by to see the unique concept and enjoy the ambiance. Good black coffee and dessert style coffees. While there is seating on the second level (sometimes) the courtyard was the perfect spot to enjoy a nice day in the shade. We saw desserts in the name and were looking forward to those options but they only had packaged danishes, muffins and cookies that are not warmed up. Only rated 4 starts because we were expecting more food options and wanted to see the upstairs seating but it was closed in the afternoon.

Lovely, somewhat hidden surprise nestled beneath shady trees with a patio seating area. The coffee was great, as was the warmed muffin. It's cash-only, so keep that in mind.

Get ready to wait! This place is crazy popular, so there seems to almost always be a line. The chai was good, but honestly a little overrated for the price and the amount of time we waited. I feel like we could’ve had a better chai experience somewhere else without the wait. That being said, the bus is really rad and the whole place has become pretty iconic. I think you’re mostly coming for the bus, the atmosphere, and the experience of saying you’ve been there. Worth checking out once, but I’m not sure I’d wait in that line... read more
