Customer service needs work. Being rude to a customer on the phone just cuz it's late and you don't want to stay late shouldn't be tolerated. Not that losing one or two potential clients is a big deal, but word of mouth is a bitch. Even if the service I wanted was $10 I wouldn't work with their piercer now.

The tattoo shop of choice in the PHX Metro area I am soooo very happy! I have finally found my tattoo shop!! Jesse is the MAN!! Went there yesterday and Jesse worked on the tattoo that Matt did, he redid a previous tattoo that I had and he did a brand new tattoo for me that I was concerned wouldn't come out well, it was a guitar playin hello kitty!!! Best Tattoo Shop EVER!!! I have been to Double Down Tattoo a few times for tattoos and piercings! They do great work here...every different style too. I started my arm piece and its BA..I love it. Its bright and the line work is amazing. I got that done by Jesse Stephens...he pierced my nipples too! and I love that too!
