Customer service needs work. Being rude to a customer on the phone just cuz it's late and you don't want to stay late shouldn't be tolerated. Not that losing one or two potential clients is a big deal, but word of mouth is a bitch. Even if the service I wanted was $10 I wouldn't work with their piercer now.

AMAZING! Thank you so much Double Down for my tattoo. My artist was the bomb and I got everything I asked for. The shop was super clean, the artists were professional and polite. Oh my gosh, I'm sooo super excited! You have to go to this shop! You won't be let down!

The tattoo shop of choice in the PHX Metro area I am soooo very happy! I have finally found my tattoo shop!! Jesse is the MAN!! Went there yesterday and Jesse worked on the tattoo that Matt did, he redid a previous tattoo that I had and he did a brand new tattoo for me that I was concerned wouldn't come out well, it was a guitar playin hello kitty!!! He did an absolutely fabulous job!! I could not be happier!! I suck because I didn't tip him enough. I will go back there and bring my friends with me. Very comfortable and frie... read more

Best Tattoo Shop EVER!!! I have been to Double Down Tattoo a few times for tattoos and piercings! They do great work here...every different style too. I started my arm piece and its BA..I love it. Its bright and the line work is amazing. I got that done by Jesse Stephens...he pierced my nipples too! and I love that too!
