This place has been bought out by a different company, it used to be good but it's now owned by absolute dental. You can't even call the front office anymore, and they don't care about their patients like they used to.
I have Great Dental Insurance with Met life but when visiting this clinic which is reccomend by MetLife as a clinic that takes my insurance this clinic said I needed to pay 390+$ for an initial exam that was to be paid day of. I am unsure if this clinic understands how insurance is supposed to work or if they are trying to fleece prospective clients out of more money. WAS REFERED TO DOUBLE DIAMOND DENTAL BY MY INSURANCE . CALLED AND GAVE THEM MY INSURANCE INFO- AND MADE AN APPT. WENT TO THE OFFICE - SAT THERE FOR AN HOUR WHILE THEY TRIED TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON - FINALLY TOLD THEM TO CALL ME WHEN THEY HAD IT FIGURED OUT - AND LEFT - NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. COMPLETELY WORHTLESS
