WAS REFERED TO DOUBLE DIAMOND DENTAL BY MY INSURANCE . CALLED AND GAVE THEM MY INSURANCE INFO- AND MADE AN APPT. WENT TO THE OFFICE - SAT THERE FOR AN HOUR WHILE THEY TRIED TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON - FINALLY TOLD THEM TO CALL ME WHEN THEY HAD IT FIGURED OUT - AND LEFT - NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. COMPLETELY WORHTLESS

My mom worked for a dentist in my home town for 35 years. I've also tried several dentist in the 20+ years that I've been in Reno. Dr. Moran and staff are among the very best! Highly recommend.
I had an appointment with Dr Morgan on Aug 11, 2020....Covid-19 restrictions were applied. The procedure went very well, which didn't surprise me because I have been a client for many years. What was different was that the receptionist met me outside, checked my temperature, asked questions about my possible contacts with sick persons....it was all good. She then opened the door for me.
