This is the first negative review I have ever written. I was extremely disappointed in the level of customer service and communication (or lack thereof) in this company. I ended up having to rebook with Be So Lucky Limo - which was wonderful - for my wedding day. Book at your own risk.
These guys helped make my wedding special! We got caught up in Coronavirus and had to make changes almost constantly. These folks worked with us and literally navigated a challenging road to get our small wedding party to our destination. We had to stop and unlock a gate at one point during our trip and the lock mechanism was really difficult to unlock. On our way back to the hotel we stopped to re-lock the gate. Timely and a unique way to get around on our wedding day. Our bridal party loved taking “our victory lap” around portland after we got married!
I had a great time celebrating my 30th birthday with 29 of my closest friends. Double Decker PDX was very accommodating and certainly the best birthday ride I've ever had!
