The staff is so hit or miss that it's unnerving. Whether it's people taking your unfinished drinks or food or this girl Taylor at the front desk giving you attitude because she thinks you disrespected her somehow. Absolutely horrible customer service. Jamie at the front desk and the Tuesday night bartenders are their only saving grace.
We went with our 4 year old granddaughter and her best friend on his birthday. They were wonderful setting up the lane for the kids. They had so much fun. The adults did too. The kids played in the arcade area too. It was a really nice one. Looks like there is food and a bar. Didn't get a chance to check that out though. We will definitely be back!
