The first time I called they said they were too busy to talk to me. The second time I called, they quoted me a very high price for installation of a hitch, but I agreed to the price as it was my daughters car and I was a long ways away. They said they'd call me and I never heard from them again. Fortunately, my daughter came home for Christmas so I installed the hitch myself, saving 100% of the quoted price. Extremely disappointing.
Dale and Jeff took extra time this evening to make sure I got home safely. First rate service and people!

Double D is great. As a business owner it is nice knowing that things will be done right...the first time! DD has worked on my snow removal equipment as well as trailers. I would not go to anyone else. My business is located on the north east side of Madison, there is a reason we make the drive.
