There were a couple of issues with the service provided and I would not recommend going with Double Coverage. First of all, the communication and people skills are severely lacking. We reached out to him and he confirmed a day that he could come but never responded to my husband about a time...he just showed up. When he arrived I offered for him to walk through the house to the backyard and he scoffed and said "there is no need for me to go through your home" and at one point I offered him a water and he said, "no.
