Wasted $600 on these company. Left them with detailed instructions for a move-out cleaning, trusted their word and didn't bother checking every single thing, and was left with a poorly cleaned apartment (literal dust layers on windows and vents, cat fur in the corner of the room's carpet and closet, residue inside the oven etc). Was left without response for four weeks, just to be told "we don't do refunds" when I honestly said I would not be able to provide a good Google review they asked for. We had our home cleaned. The job was done superbly. First person we spoke with was Mona who was extremely helpful . The local supervisor was Oryna who provided excellent support to her staff. The cleaners were also superb , came on time and completed the work without delays. I would strongly recommend Double Clean for any type of cleaning requirement.
Just booked my first cleaning for a move out. Beyond happy and grateful for Oryna and her attention to detail while cleaning the apartment. She was lovely to work with and exceeded expectations with harder areas like the kitchen oven.
I'm am so very pleased with Double Clean. It's so clean it is almost like it was double cleaned!! The comm's i had with Jackson were top notch and quick response time. When asked it they had a different floor cleaning solution for my new hardwood floors? He had an alternative the very same day. Thanks. As far as the cleaners, it smelled and looked amazing. The cleaning lady who works for double clean at the Bowline in North Vancouver always has a smile on her face and does a does an exceptional job cleaning the building. The floors are always clean. Nothing is ever dusty and it always smells good in here. I really appreciate all of the hard work that she does.
