Justin is a good inspector. Scheduled the inspections for next day. He showed up on time and was very diligent. The listing agent was very talkative and it felt he was trying to sway the inspection at some points. Justin being a professional stayed his path and pointed out items, big and small irregardless of the previous "clean" inspection 3 days before that the agent kept mentioning. Justin was great to work with, professional and got us scheduled quickly. Each inspection report was filled out professionally, included details and photos of items needing to be fixed, and offered further explanation of reasoning fixes are important. I highly recommend him and will be hiring him again as needed. Thank you for the great service!!

He was available the next day, showed up on time, and was polite and professional throughout the process. He took the time to walk me through the inspection and explain everything clearly.
