The tri tip was served cold, dry, and no seasoning. Same thing goes for the brisket, pulled chicken/pork. The sausage had nice flavor, but served cold not good. The mac n cheese tasted like cold mushy flour.The baked beans were cold and nasty. The cornbread was cold.The server lacked basic fundamental server skills, i.e. asking if as anything was wrong when 90% of the ordered food is left untouched.
