Pamela was wonderful. My paso mare had never been loaded on a trailer , I had never bought a horse site unseen so this was a first for both of us . I was very nervous about the whole shipping thing haven never done it before ,Pamela made it so relaxing. She called and kept me updated the whole way . I felt like I was riding with them ,she sent me pictures kept me informed of weather changes and gave me everything I needed to make me feel at ease. I will use her again should I need any help hauling horses !
