In 2012 Double AA installed my beautiful roof. With the bad snowstorm we had on Sunday Nov 9, I had a big puddle of water on my family room floor seeping through my plaster ceiling. I contacted Double AA and they were at my home the next morning at 8:00am. The metal shingles were removed 12' across the roof (the area over my family room) to the ridge venting, along with the trim and vinyl siding on the neighboring wall.
