Specialties We have developed a unique production system which allows us to produce high quality grapevines. All of our one year vines are grown on raised beds covered with black biodegradable plastic. Each row is supplied with water and nutrients by trickle irrigation. Soil moisture is monitored with the use of tensiometers to ensure that the vines are never stressed. The conditions created by the plastic warming the soil in the bed and abundant supply of water and nutrients are ideal for plant growth and root development. ... read more

RecommendedOrdered Nebbiolo vines on grafted rootstock for alkaline soils. Plants arrived as promised good shape and have grown incredibly well for first season. Ordering more for next year. Highly recommend!! Look at this growth. First year.
A big Thank You to Double A Vineyard in Fredonia, NY for supplying/shipping 100 new Concord vines to the Sunset Moon Vineyard Ranch, Missouri...... this past spring, April 2020. Of the 100 vines, 100% grew and are established going into the fall..... Have included some of the pictures..... The vines continue to be very heathy and good growth has taken place....... Thank You.
This year was our first year buying a sizable amount of vines, from anywhere, including Double A. We were very nervous. I spoke to Sue on the phone to arrange pick up, and she alleviated a lot of my fears. On top of that, she gave me the opportunity to try a few of new varietals I might be interested in. Long story short...pick up, planting, and after a late freeze, these vines are growing great. We are a Double A customer for life.
