I’m known John as a teammate at SMU and he always had a extremely strong knowledge in fitness training but always wanted to learn more. He has a great studio with elite trainers and staff! Try it and you’ll never stop!
I had the opportunity of meeting John two years ago and have been working out with him ever since. My experience and results have been outstanding and the group of people I have met and get work out with every week are great! Everyone is excited about being there and always looking to improve and get better. I highly recommend DOU for the experience, the environment and the results.
