Called because hot water heater not heating water. I confirmed power and reset water heater myself. They were able to get techs to my house same day, which is amazing. Service call and trip charge was around 110. Techs were professional, wore shoe booties, and diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes. Here’s the reason for 3 stars. 1. The part needed is 20-30 dollars if I buy it. 2. The part takes 5 minutes to change. 3. Doty Mechanical is a phenomenal company to work with! Doty not only takes care of my commercial business when things go sideways, but they also take care of my personal home. Each and every time I call them I get amazing customer service! Everything is well explained by the amazing staff and it just feels like they truly care. ❤️ Just today I realized my AC at home broke.
