Secretary is a B! Had more than one bad experience, no wonder they’re not busy!
Went to check price and availability on a valve cover for my f150 truck. Previously checked on line and found the same part for $91.39 from a Ford dealer in Hillsdale, MI. Talk to Parts guy in Clearfield and he quoted $147.00. I told him that I could the same part from a Ford dealer in Hillsdale, MI for $91.39. The Parts guy stated " I guess that's where you have to go then". This is why I don't do any business with Dotts Motors of Clearfield Pa.
Well I used to come here for all my oil changes until the last time I went they did not put oil in it and blew my radiator out. Checked my dip stick and no oil and it overheated. So now I need a new radiator and I'm just doing oil changes myself from now on cant even trust a dealership.
