I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I was misled about the condition of the apartment before signing and paying. When I viewed the unit, it was infested with roaches, which was not properly disclosed to me beforehand. I immediately expressed my concerns and requested to be transferred to a different unit, but my concerns were dismissed. I am currently renting one of Turtle Creek townhouses and I have a plethora amount to say. As always I will start of with the pros before the cons. Pros - The townhouse is close to many things that I enjoy specifically having a Walmart close by is a blessing - The townhouse is spacious.
