I worked for Dotties for more than 3 years, they have recently changed their name to The Way Home, I quit because I didn’t get paid for the entire month of November. Almost every check they sent bounced and they don’t pay back the deposits to their clients. They don’t seem to truly care for their clients or the caregivers who work for them. The caregivers care about the clients, but they don’t get paid so they quit. Don’t hire them.
