I did a lot of homework, shopping around, & it brought me here. I was happy to see a familiar face when I walked in. I wasn't swarmed by salesmen or pressured into anything, very laid back experience. They had me in & out very very fast. This was unlike any other car buying experience I ever had. I cannot rave enough about our experience at Reagle. Shawn P helped us with our new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited purchase. The entire process was the quickest and most efficient time I have ever had at a car dealership. Shawn worked with us so we could get the most money for our trade in, and got our payment right where we needed it to be. There wasn't talk to this person then that person. Brought my grand cherokee there for not shifting properly...they said the wiring inside the trans had a problem and it would be cheaper to replace the trans...I went for it....when i got the jeep back($2700 later) the 4 wheel drive no longer worked.....now they want to charge to investigate something they broke....and then charge to repair it....the also charged $700 to change a cooling fan that was fine..it just needed a relay...I do not recommend taking your vehicle there for even an oil change..
Not happy with their service. Took my truck for a oil and filter change. After 40 mins waiting....they came out saying they can't change the filter bc my truck have a cover that they can't take off. Perfect.....I will go to another place. We'll the lady at the desk said...."He already drained the oil.....so he have to put the new one". Another 40 mins wait. How do you drain the oil without checking if the filter comes off? Reallyyyy... I might waste $80....bc of course I have to take my truck to a Toyota dealer to change the... read more
