If you have a heating problem or plumbing call Dotson Plumbing in Cridersville. I just had a young man (Brailon) here to work on my furnace. He had it fixed in no time and he fixed a plumbing problem that I had scheduled for next week. He was exceptionally nice, did great work and respectful of my property. When he gave me my bill, I was very pleased. So if you have plumbing, heating or AC problems, give them a call.
Needed a furnace replacement. Called on a Tuesday for a quote. They were here in about an hour. Got the quote on Wednesday and had a new furnace Thursday morning. The staff and technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!
Waiting 6 weeks for an estimate wow. Still haven’t got it.
No complaints! They did phenomenal work, attention to detail is everything. Laurel and the guys are very knowledgeable and they truly care about the customer being happy!
Detailed work, punctual, great communication.
