Went to Dot's this morning at 9:30, needed a special gift by 4:30... Dot's said no problem. The Des Moines skyline print we wanted, they happened to already be dry mounted in the back and promised it would be framed and ready for us. We arrived at 4:15 the print was framed, packaged and ready for the retirement party. EXCELLENT customer service!!!!

I could not reccomend Dot’s enough. They brought my idea to life and it turned out better than I ever expected. The people were great to work with and had my order done very quickly to ensure I could give it as a Christmas gift. I will without a doubt be going to them for all my framing needs!
They did a fantastic job framing 3 cross stitch and 2 drawings for me! The cross stitch were all ones my mom made but didn't have framed from 20+ years ago, and the two drawings I had combined into one frame. A beautiful job! Highly recommended for top quality work! Thank you!
