Can't believe I got screwed by this florist a second time. I don't know what's worse - that I accidentally used them again or they are truly this bad. Today (12/30) placed an order early this morning for funeral for two pieces at 2 p.m. today. Confirmed that they could get there within five hours. Placed an order at 10 a.m. for a birthday same day. Mentioned it was for today to confirm they could do that. Called them back five minutes later to place order, again said it was for today and when done with order asked when it would get delivered and Frank said after they get done some funeral work. As of 7 p.m. no delivery. Called them back and they said I didn't tell them it was for today so they assumed it was for tomorrow. WHAT?!?!?!?! I mentioned today three times.
