RecommendedDotloop is the best signature and document management software I have found, I have tried a number of them including TransactionDesk. Dotloop is all in one interface, that's the difference between it and TD in simple terms.
DO NOT USE DOTLOOP!! They are a subsidiary of Zillow which is a neccessary evil for agents. However Dotlloop is just EVIL. I was assigned a "success manager" who it took weeks to schedule appointments with. After 3 months we were not set up on the platform. I told him we wanted to cancel the due to lack of service I never heard from him again!! In the meantime they charged my company $1600 for doing absolutely nothing.. On hold for 25+ minutes, finally get someone who tells me the ONLY person who can help me is my success manager, who I have never talked to, and the soonest they can speak is in 9 days... I don't have nine days, they could care less...

This has to be the worst data solutions company on earth. You cant talk to a manager as policy, the employees cant give out the managers name as policy, employees cant release their last names as policy. I was informed that their support center is self governing and the employees make all of the decisions. Once you purchase no refunds are given. Gary and Amy at the Cincinnati location support center are both very rude as well. I will never ever utilize Dotloop again.
