All I wanted was to sign up as a new patient and I got nothing but attitude for no reason . If you call hopefully you don't speak with the same two people I did totally unprofessional. I should've gotten their names but they probably would have hung up on me.
I was only a patient here for about 4 years, but every single provider I saw failed me in some way; costly clerical errors, issues sending PAs for crucial meds, scheduling appointments without informing me, it goes on and on. You guys did far more harm to me than good in the long run. Needless to say I have moved on to a new provider and won't ever look back.
I'm sure the care providers are great but you literally cannot get a human being on the phone and they do not return phone calls.
