I've been a patient for maybe 40 years. The care from the medical team has been great almost always, no complaints there. But it is very disheartening as calling in for an appointment, or a simple questions is an absolute nightmare. I can't ever get to a human. I'll call and get transferred to overseas call center, get transferred back to USA and it says I'm #1 in the queue. Worst service. I have called for multiple time to ask for medical records of my 2 kids. But noone responded correctly. They said it takes them a very long time because there are many patients. But it’s been 2 months since I first requested. Get your health care providers somewhere else that care for you
I recently went to urgent care and needed to see the optometrist. My entire experience was great. They were very professional and efficient. I'll be getting my future eye exams there. I only took away one star because of parking.
Would not recommend DotHouse to anyone. Sadly, I’ve been coming here for years and they neglected my healthcare at appointments where I’ve voiced my concerns, failed to diagnose me appropriately, and the providers also do not educate patients about their rights. Please go elsewhere if you have the opportunity to do so.
