This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The reception is very lazy and obscenely rude. She will outright hang up in your face and doesn’t want to do her job. This is by far the worst experience and this place needs to be restarted with proper healthcare professionals. They don’t know the first thing about dealing with sick patients who are scared for their life and need their help or in a financial crisis. They play too many games. I tried to establish primary care and they said that I had to contact my insurance to get assigned a PCP. Kind of weird but fine. I call them after I get assigned a PCP, they say I can’t schedule because they already scheduled an appointment for me at BMC? and then they said they couldn’t cancel it? Very odd for a medical facility to be doing things w/o my consent but not surprising I guess. I will not be using them for primary care because they’re already moving too funny.
I’ve been a patient at this healthcare center in Dorchester for three years, and I’m happy with the services I receive. While wait times can be a bit long, especially in urgent care, the nurses and doctors always make up for it with their kindness, patience, and professionalism. To me they genuinely care about their patients. The pharmacy staff, particularly the ladies are also always friendly and helpful. I have been a patient here for a few years and I can honestly say this is by far the worst clinic if I ever been to. While coming here for treatment, I have been told to my face by these nurses that my pain and my concerns do not matter. I recently went to urgent care, discussed medications and was written a prescription for a medication that I already expressed doesn’t work for me. If you are an African American women and want to live, PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE
