This was my first experience with DOTHouse, and it was surprisingly very pleasant. Idelisse treated me very kindly and with respect, and even called me back to offer an earlier appointment option. Once there, Skarlen at the vision center was also very pleasant while remaining highly professional and making sure my needs were fully taken care of. This is about Laura Trueman specifically, came in because i have progressively been getting sicker when she checked my lungs this woman barely put the stethoscope to my body to hear anything, then checked my throat for no more than a millisecond. These people do not care about this community and are very dismissive to patients. I expressed these concerns again still dismissive.
