Massive oil leak after service performed, zero issue before tech touched car. Notified me of a “steady drip” but would not quantify what that means, or how severe the oil leak was, even after pushing for more information. Car lost all oil within 24 hours had to be towed back to dealership. While both tech and head of service will admit and agree that it was a massive miscommunication and that they didn’t adequately inform me of the extend of the leak, they will not cover towing and I still had to pay for all parts.
