Read the fine print and implications on their website about how you are 100% financially responsible for any procedures and how any coverage is based upon your agreement with your dental insurance. in other words, you WILL pay cash for it all. This place is super expensive. I was charged $200 just for an evaulations and x-rays.
I went to Dr. Miller needing periodontal help in 2006. A very good friend recommended him to me. Instead, he pulled my teeth and put in implants. It didn't hut at all. The noise from the drilling was a little scary sounding though. It cost me thousands and that wasn't including the crowns. At the time, they didn't offer the LANAP procedure. I see now they do. Yay!
