Highly recommend this Dentist and this office. 5 stars all the way !!
Please don’t go here. The hygienists are great ; however, dentist too busy and “watches” everything. Once it gets bad enough for root canal, implant, etc he refers you out. The dentist he refers you to is great but again i would rather problems be taken care of sooner. I’ve just spent over $5000 on dental work after seeing him for several years (4ish years) for routine visits. I’ve been encouraged by another dentist to report this to the state board. I love Dr. Matthews and his staff. My hygienist is great. I always feel like they are there for me and are great to help getting you in with a problem too.
I have been a patient for years. Called to inquire about getting a tooth pulled that has been causing extreme pain. I was told they do not do extractions. WHAT? Since when? I’ve had teeth pulled from Dr Matthew’s in the past. Receptionist gave me Oral Surgeon phone #. I called and could not be seen until end of month. So I guess I have to continue being in pain and experiencing lack of sleep because of the pain. Website states they do emergency dental care, including extractions.
Great experience at every visit with Dr. Matthews and his staff, I've never had an issue getting in to be seen if I have a problem and everyone from the front office to his assistants have been very kind and helpful. Thank you!
