DO NOT BUY FROM DOTHAN CHRYSLER! Long story but I’m fed up. I purchased my truck last day of February 2025. Mind you my fourth vehicle from them. The night I purchased it, my Uconnect services were in someone else’s name as well as my paperwork was wrong on the mileage. Ram had to reset the truck Uconnect so I could get it in my name. It was a great service on my 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee. My appointment was at 8:45am, and I believe I was out the door by 9:30-9:45am. Would use again!
My truck was dropped off last week 26 March and was supposed to be ready on Monday 30 March, but wasn’t ready as promised which caused me make other arrangements for travel.
