Exceptional service team. We had a breakdown while traveling through Dothan on our way home. The service department immediately took care of our problem by ordering the needed part and ensuring it was delivered the next day. They had the issue fixed in a couple of hours and had us back on the road. We are happy to recommend this dealership to anyone needing service or any vehicle needs. Great customer service and ownership that went the extra mile. It was one of the best experiences we have ever had at a dealership.
Terrible, 2026 3500 with 8k miles taken to service department for warranty over 3 weeks before a diagnostic scan was done! 45 days before truck was ready to be picked up and they still didn't do the factory safety recall. Unacceptable. Beware, they tell you to communicate by text but then rarely reply leaving you guessing what's going on. No loaners available. had to get Stellantis corp involved, I don't think that helped much either.
Terrible service. I have been bringing my 2022 jeep gladiator in for all service and my differential has never beencheck for needing oil or anything for services, earlier this week I brought the truck in for service and again no checking my differential, so today I had an appointment for noise in My rear and today I find out I need a differential 4 200.00 dollars, Please check to determine if the service department do their due diligence on your vehicle
Very nice got me in and out in a timely manner. Service was great. Thanks for helping me out in a pinch.
