I’ve purchased from doterra for over 5 years and the last 2 years I have noticed that customer service is worse each time I’ve had to call. Today I was charged a $16 fee to cancel an order which goes right along with the way customer service is handled. I assume the growth of the company has brought about this issue but I remember a time when I felt like I was speaking to family or friends when I called in.
