I was a huge doterra fan until today. Somehow your team allowed someone to change my email address and password and lock me out of my own account. I contacted your team via chat, via member services and two email addresses. I did everything I was asked to do and NOONE has acted with a sense of urgency to help me resolve my problem or minimize my concerns. You have a problem with your process when anyone can make a change to someone's account without any security measures in place.

Improve your accuracy in safety information and usage of essential oils. DoTerra lists many essential oils usages that only occur through tinctures and herbs, not through "internal" use of essential oils.
