As a truck driver, I stopped at a nearby truck stop and walked in across the street to get my DOT medical exam without an appointment. The lady at the front desk was very kind and told me they had an opening right away. The entire process took about one hour, and I was back on the road quickly. Very friendly staff and fast service. Thank you again I truly appreciate it!
the woman at the front desk is rude & unprofessional. i was trying to ask a question / explain my situation when she rudely cut me off and said “I don’t need to know your business” then proceeded to slam the window closed after telling me to fill out paper work. I then fill out the paper work and set it on the outside of the window because it’s closed, she then opens the window and says “you can hand it to me” so I go back to the window and hand it to her. Rude, they do not do what they say. When you follow up to ask them to do what they say, they want to charge you extra for it.
