Rude, they do not do what they say. When you follow up to ask them to do what they say, they want to charge you extra for it. Doctor will try to trip you up and look for reasons to give you a hard time about your physical. Doctor makes statements based on opinion not fact. Feelt more like I was being interrogated than being provided healthcare
