Great customer service from the Kitchener store. I was frantically looking for a Mayan patio dining table because I purchased the chairs from another retailer. Eric the sales rep at the DOT Kitchener store went above and beyond to find a floor model for me. It was shipped on time as promised and arrived with a minor scratch which was communicated in advance. I love the table and chairs. A very special thank you to Eric!

We are extremely pleased with the stylish, quality outdoor dining set we purchased for a decent price from DOT. We had to assemble ourselves, but it was well packaged and easy to assemble. The in-store employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend!
