BEWARE Had a driver come in who needed a new DOT Medical Card, as I am a Federal Certified DOT Examiner, because Dr Khashayar Sadeghi refused to Email him a copy, even though the driver was just at his office. Apparently, Dr. Kash, as he is known, has a member of his office staff complete the DOT Physical, unlawfully, since they are NOT ON THE FEDERAL REGISTRY. Dr Kash then signs the medical card when he comes to the office in the next day or so. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR MEDICAL CARD THE SAME DAY, even though paid! You must... read more
