After ruining my hair trying to cut it myself at home, I came here feeling hopeless. Eason completely fixed it and gave me a fresh, clean look. He’s incredibly skilled and professional. I’m really impressed with the result — highly recommend him!

I was looking for a place to get a haircut on Christmas Day in Vancouver and stumbled along this place (it was the only one open) and decided to give it a try. I was very pleased with the results! My barber, Lisa, was super friendly and followed my requests, while also looking at my hair type and determining what hairstyle fits best given that. Though a bit pricey, I really recommend this place if you’re looking for a haircut in the Vancouver/Richmond area!

I’ve been coming to Dot Com since it first opened. Whenever I have an idea about the hairstyle I want, the hairstylist carefully explains how it will turn out and how it can be adjusted for the next visit. In the end, I usually just specify the general length I want and leave the rest to the barber’s creativity—and every time, I’m very satisfied with the result.

Such a shame the reviews have to be at least 1 Star. It’s a Zero for the ones reading. Way Overpriced for low low low quality service and most importantly the hair cut itself. Yes on top of the outrageous price for haircut you have to pay tips for “the service” you don’t get. Nothing. The hairstylist was clueless yet charges the price of a “Master”. Holy Smokes 300 bucks for a hair cut that looks like a clown. . Don’t trust these bozos with your hair. This place is not worth it. Go elsewhere.
