I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about West McKinney Dental! I walked in today as a brand-new patient with a dental emergency and a LOT of dental anxiety. I was expecting to be extremely nervous, but from the moment I walked in, everything exceeded my expectations. They repaired my tooth, and I was in and out in about an hour and a half with a beautiful result. We all LOVE going to the dentist-NOT! HOWEVER as a walk-in on a Saturday morning emergency new patient I was in the examination chair with 10 minutes. I cannot praise EVERY aspect of this practice ENOUGH. You walk in and Rebecca at the front desk is smiling, and so welcoming as she thoroughly collects new patient information and explains fees. Dr. Allen and everyone working at this office are extremely kind, very comforting, very professional. The work that they do is quick and efficient. Pricing is more than reasonable. We love McKinney Dental and Orthodontics, and we'll be planning many more visits.
Dr. Allen and his staff are so warm and welcoming! Our entire family felt right at home there. Dr. Allen is compassionate and has excellent bedside manner. Truly a zero anxiety experience. Usually my daughter is very anxious, but they put her right at ease. They play nice music and Dr. Allen takes his time to really explain everything so there are no surprises.
