Dossett Cadillac in Hattiesburg Ms is amazing! Our Escalade had a battery failure while we were on vacation. Terence and his service team took amazing care of us, even getting the 3 factory recalls handled for us. Something Landers Cadillac hasn't been able to do for the last 6 months. Terence got our battery replaced and the recalls fixed right away, without an appointment, and made sure everything was correctly covered by warranty. If you’re looking to buy a vehicle this is where you need to go. Shaun Burt is the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with, very professional and does everything he says he will.
