Went by for a head light for a 2020 ct6 and it wasn’t cheap. The service consultant Terence Polk, really did all that he could to get it done for a reasonable price.

Dossett Cadillac in Hattiesburg Ms is amazing! Our Escalade had a battery failure while we were on vacation. Terence and his service team took amazing care of us, even getting the 3 factory recalls handled for us. Something Landers Cadillac hasn't been able to do for the last 6 months. Terence got our battery replaced and the recalls fixed right away, without an appointment, and made sure everything was correctly covered by warranty. If you’re looking to buy a vehicle this is where you need to go. Shaun Burt is the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with, very professional and does everything he says he will. It’s been 2 years since we bought our Yukon and still to this day if we need anything he always comes through. My whole experience with Dossett has been great, Sales, Parts, and Service!
