This was one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful medical experiences I’ve ever had. I was spoken to in a condescending and dismissive manner, and was outright told I was “a waste of time.” No patient should ever be treated that way and it is not acceptable — especially in healthcare, where the patient should feel safe and heard. I’m extremely disappointed with how my relative was treated at this hospital. A staff member was so rude and completely unprofessional. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in a healthcare setting. Patients deserve respect and compassion, not to be spoken with disrespect. I would not recommend this facility based on this experience.
Wouldn’t go to anyone else. I always feel listened to, understood, and cared for. Excellent care!
